By scheduling, paying for, or otherwise engaging in any service offered through Life Alignment Coaching, LLC (operated by Clarissa Thompson, DBA Life Alignment Coaching, LLC) or by communicating with Clarissa Thompson in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in services provided by Life Alignment Coaching, LLC.

2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer Life Alignment Coaching, LLC is committed to integrity and honesty in all services provided; however:

• Coaching sessions, consultations, and readings are conducted to the best of Clarissa Thompson's ability, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed, and outcomes may differ from your expectations or desires.

• All services provided, including coaching sessions, readings, and consultations delivered via website, social media, or other platforms, are intended solely for entertainment and personal growth purposes.

• Services provided by Life Alignment Coaching, LLC do not substitute professional medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapeutic, or counseling advice. Clients requiring professional assistance in these areas should seek advice from licensed professionals.

3. Limitation of Liability By engaging with Life Alignment Coaching, LLC, you agree:

• Your decisions and actions are your sole responsibility. Life Alignment Coaching, LLC and Clarissa Thompson are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching sessions, readings, or content provided (including but not limited to YouTube videos, social media, and workshops).

• Life Alignment Coaching, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or reliance upon services or information provided, except in cases involving gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

4. Anti-Harassment Policy Life Alignment Coaching, LLC maintains a professional and respectful environment. Harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate conduct directed toward Clarissa Thompson or affiliated individuals will immediately terminate services without refund.

5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarissa Thompson, Life Alignment Coaching, LLC, and any affiliates, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assigns against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of or participation in services.

6. Copyright & Confidentiality

• All content, materials, and intellectual property produced by Life Alignment Coaching, LLC (including coaching materials, videos, social media content, and website information) remain exclusively owned by Life Alignment Coaching, LLC.

• Reproduction, distribution, publication, or sharing of proprietary content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

• Life Alignment Coaching, LLC respects client privacy. Personal information disclosed during sessions remains confidential, except as required by law (e.g., situations involving risk of harm to self or others).

7. Social Media Usage You may share content provided by Life Alignment Coaching, LLC on social media with appropriate attribution. Alteration, ownership claims, or repurposing of such content without explicit permission is prohibited.

8. Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Payment: All coaching sessions and readings must be prepaid.

• Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment (except in emergencies) incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

• No Guarantee of Results: Coaching's effectiveness depends on individual commitment. Dissatisfaction with personal progress does not qualify for refunds.

9. Agreement & Understanding By using services provided by Life Alignment Coaching, LLC, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions.

• You have had an opportunity to ask questions before agreeing to these terms.

• You voluntarily accept and agree to abide by these terms.
